This gull was with some Mew Gulls at Qualicum Beach on March 30. I think it is a 2nd winter Ring-Billed Gull with an unusually full black tail band remaining. The bill seems a little long and the eye seems dark, but it is hard to tell with the lighting. I would appreciate your opinions.
